Your Reliable Partner in High-Precision Mold Design and Manufacturing
Our factory is located on the outskirts of the magnificent Dalingshan Forest Park in Dongguan and occupies a total area of 2500 m². We specialize in the design and manufacturing of high-precision injection molds for plastics. Our products include multi-cavity hot runner molds, thin-wall injection molds, and IML (In-Mold Labeling) molds. We also produce screw molds driven by hydraulic cylinders or motors, blow molds, and die-casting molds for aluminum products.
We are equipped with high-precision machinery, including Makino V33i CNC machines, Makino mirror EDM machines, Sodick EDM machines from Japan, Hexagon CMM machines from Sweden, and Okamoto grinding machines. Our cranes can move and load parts weighing up to 20 tons.
Our strong and cohesive technical team consists of 55 engineers and designers with higher education and over 10 years of experience. We are also proud of our excellent service department, which provides full client support at all stages of cooperation.
We offer a full range of services for the design, manufacturing, and testing of molds based on customer samples or drawings. Our molds are designed for the production of various types of polymers and aluminum products. The types of injection molds we produce include:
